Every kit ships with a write-on tag on a zip tie that seals the bin closed, gives you a place to note what's inside, and leaves nothing to peel off afterward.

Questions
How big are the bins?
Each bin is 27" long, 17" wide, and 12" tall — about 2.5 cubic feet, close in size to a standard medium moving box. That's roughly what a full kitchen cabinet or two dresser drawers holds. They're sized to be carried by one person when loaded, and to stack securely on a dolly.
How many bins do I need?
Packages are sized by home, not by bin count — a studio or one-bedroom typically runs 20 bins, a two-bedroom 40, and a three-bedroom 50. Books, kitchens, and garages fill bins faster than clothes and linens, so lean toward the next size up if those make up a big share of your move. If you run short, you can add 10 more bins for $29 right at booking, or just call us and we'll bring extras. Packages are sized generously on purpose — most people finish with a few bins left over, and that beats running out mid-pack on a Saturday night.
What if I need the bins longer than a week?
It's $10 per day, billed automatically to the card on file. No need to call — just let us know how much extra time you need.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Palm Beach County, FL, except the far-western county (Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay). Enter your ZIP code on the booking page and we'll tell you right away whether you're in range.
What if a bin breaks or goes missing?
Normal wear is on us. A lost or badly damaged bin or dolly is billed at a flat replacement fee, charged to the card on file.
How clean are the bins?
Every bin is washed and inspected before it leaves our warehouse. If one arrives less than spotless, tell us and we'll make it right.
